Windows 8 only accepts a digital signed driver. Temporary disable the digital signature will let you install the USB driver. Click "More PC Settings" Click "General" Scroll down, and click "Restart now" under "Advanced startup" Wait a few seconds for options to display. You can now install the driver via device manager.
